What does washing process mean?
Some of our references are the washed process, which is the most traditional on-farm process in Colombia. This means that the coffee after being harvested is pulped, that is, the husk is removed, it is left to ferment between 12 and 24 hours and then it is washed (Lora kursiva) with water.
